Close to Chico State University, convenient for visitors.
I found the overall cleanliness lacking. the towels were old and stained. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee in the room, which is usually a standard offering in hotels.

Not for families with high standards
The location was decent, off the major road and away from the noise. The TV worked fine, at least that was a comfort amidst other issues.
It wasn't cheap for what you got but acceptable enough to just get some sleep.

Housekeeping needs serious improvement!!! Stained towels, dingy sheets, and missing amenities in bathrooms do not create a welcoming atmosphere!!! A fresh coat of paint outside wouldn't hurt either!!!

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at Town House Motel. The room was spacious for the price, and I appreciated the effective air conditioning. Additionally, the TV and fridge were nice amenities, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a great time here with friends! Close to the National Yo-Yo Museum and the lively Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, we were never short on fun. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely a good spot for anyone looking to explore the area without breaking the bank!
